Chairperson
CRS is chaired by Dr Anna Mokgokong. She has extensive management and board experience since founding her own business in the eighties. Dr Anna is a qualified medical doctor and ran her own practice for years until she joined Community Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“CIH”), where she is an owner as well as the Executive Chairperson. CIH is a 100% black owned investment holding company. As the Executive Chairperson she is actively involved in the management of CIH.
Deputy Chairperson
Ms Letlape is a businesswoman and an entrepreneur who has been a finalist for South Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business Award. She has held executive roles for various companies, including Sappi, Murray and Roberts, Sasol and Transnet. She has also chaired the Johannesburg branch of the Businesswomen’s Association. Esther Letlape is an inspiring advocate for female empowerment and girl child development, demonstrated through the various social and community structures she champions.
Non-Executive Director
Staff Sithole is an experienced executive with a track record of achievement spanning 15 years within private and public organisations. Her work experience has been in a variety of sectors including education, human resource development, television broadcasting and consulting. Staff has served as the team leader of the BEE, Community development and Stakeholder relations within the Multichoice Corporate Affairs division.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sipho Sikhosana, a qualified Industrial Engineer and one of the top 30 young entrepreneurs globally in 2012, is the CEO of uBumbano Operating Company, a leading manufacturer of industrial components. With extensive experience in the passenger coach and rail industries, including his tenure as acting business manager at Transnet Engineering, he brings strategic leadership and a passion for advancing rail technology across Africa. In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Sikhosana is a sought-after speaker focused on Human Capital Development and holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Johannesburg.
Operations Manager
Meladi Mampane has, over the past 25 years, acquired experience in various industries, primarily in the financial services sector as a banker and treasury operations manager, and MD of Maletchaba Human Capital. She has also worked at a strategic management level within the property industry ensuring the various divisions within the company, including finance, human resources, operations and marketing are managed according to the business strategy. Her experience also encompasses corporate governance knowledge acquired in the directorships she has held in industries such as property, electronics and energy. Meladi has a BCom Honours degree in Strategic Management.
