Community Rail Services (Pty) Ltd (CRS), a 100% black-owned company with 82% Black Woman Ownership (BWO), has continued to grow as a key player in the rail industry since collaborating with the Gibela Transportation Consortium (led by Alstom) as one of its B-BBEE partners. This consortium was tasked with building and supplying new passenger coaches for South Africa over the course of 10 years. The company’s team includes a diverse group of professionals with expertise spanning the rail, investment, human capital, and finance sectors, with a special focus on inclusivity, including disabled individuals and youth.
